Overview

Engage with business users, understand problem statement, and agree scope of engagement.Provide ongoing communication support for clients with focus on providing clear, succinct, and informative communications.
The position will be responsible for communicating Incident status to a myriad of audiences, including Customers, internal partners, and Executives, by working with technical partners and business contacts.
Gather and analyse statistical data from the business areas for supporting business case for change

Role

Leverage available communication tools and processes to generate and tailor notifications to respective audiences.
Effectively support the IT Service Management Incident Management process with effective internal and external communication.
Regularly interact with Customers and internal partners.
Provide a world class customer experience and integrate new products into existing B2B support models.
The role is primarily focused on services, ensuring we meet their SLAs and efficiency targets, providing support for solutions based upon principles of high-availability, agility, scale and efficiency.
Develop a deep understanding of the business context and marketplace that our business stakeholders are operating in.
Support the Business by documenting process models and identify opportunities for improvement.

All About You

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Have the proven ability to collaborate with others in support of products, processes, and problem resolution.
Candidates should display superior customer service skills.
Agile Methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Proven experience with driving process improvement, product Integration, industrialization of a global support model, and quality.
Ability to interact with Customers, technical teams, and various levels of leadership, to articulate key performance indicators and action plans.
Participate in automation initiatives driving change and efficiencies
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, and written & verbal communication skills.

3+ years professional experience working in Java Programming
Spring boot experience essential
Experience in cloud deployment
Database experience
Expert in Kubernetes/OpenShift
Experience with Microservices

All About You

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Experience developing large scale Java services and/or web user interfaces.
Familiarity with high availability distributed systems, SOAP and RESTful messaging.
Proven experience working in a continuous integration environment and prefer collective code ownership.
Experience testing APIs (REST and SOAP), web user interface, and/or reports.
Experience in Agile (Scrum) development.
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
